Schedule Your Portrait
Through the efforts of our country's finest photographers, HeartsApart.org was founded to provide our soon-to-be deployed servicemen and women with pictures of their spouse and children. We have expanded our services and additionally provide photographs of newborn babies born to military personnel who are serving abroad and are not able to attend the birth due to their military obligations.
The serviceman or woman receives portraits that are printed on waterproof and durable bi-folded cards, which fit securely in their uniform pocket. The family additionally receives a print release for full reproduction rights and a link to their photos (at least 20 photos from the session).

To request your portrait session by a HeartsApart.org photographer at no cost to you:
- Submit this Portrait Session Request Form.
- For a Newborn Session, submit this Portrait Newborn Session Request Form.
- Please email a photo/photos of those being photographed to Project Director, Kristen McKeithan at [email protected] after submitting your request.
- A HeartsApart.org photographer will contact you to coordinate your photo session within 7-10 days after submission.
